Customer Service at Charter is a Oxymoron - Charter Businesws line

I have spent 10 hours over 5 days trying to have them setup the billing correctly.

I had a account transferred to me and they kept the old billing and my new billing on record and took the money from both of us for 8 months until I was called. They would do that forever I guess.

Then I change service and they charge 1 month at 389 and another "partial" month for 22 days of service. Seems not only incompetent but also illegal. I think I found out where all the village idiots went, to Charter.
