Boingo had hidden fees and terrible customer service - Boingo AsYouGo

They charged me extra for connecting my mobile phone along with my laptop, even though the sign-up button clearly said wifi "for all your devices". The fact that connecting your cellphone is going to cost extra is hidden deep in the fine print.

I emailed them about this and have not heard from them in over two days, even though they promise to answer within 24 hours.
