Ripoff Charged my bank card, but i did not recieve any merchandise or services Los Angeles

I was having some problems with viruses and infectons in my computer. Iam a new computer user and i chose a service that i thought would take care of my problem.

I ordered this software on August4. At that time there was only a web address to contact, no mailing address or phone number. I have not yet recieved any mailings or email contact, but the money have been deducted from my bank account.

I would like my money refunded at this time.
