Very Convincing rip-off artists that know how to reel you in Daytona Beach

Hi, We did a no no before looking up info. On VBO, and need to know if we can do anything about it.
We got the call from them on Saturday, 8/30/04, explaining about their program and the investment we would have to make. We told them that we would have to think it over when John Phillips got on the line. He seemed to be able to answer any question we had and finally after haggling over the investment amount and a little more pressure from him we agreed to do the program at the price of $795.00 s/h of $14.95.

We gave them our Discover Card no. And they faxed us an agreement to sign and fax back to them, which we have not done. Something told me this morning to look them up on the internet and boom I find nothing but bad things about them. We called Discover and the transaction is approved but has not gone all the way through. They say we have to call VBO and cancel through them. I have called and cancelled through a gentleman by the name of Rich Stevens. Is there anything else that I can do? Please help us in Kentucky. Thank You
