Rip-Off! Fraudulent billing practices!

I've been with comcast for about 2 years now. When I agree to extend their promotional intenet service for $19.99 after informing them about disconnection due to 300% price hike they agree to extend their service with initial terms however they start charging my account with $59.00 for this account. I faxed them a proof of their own advertised offer with $19.99 promotion, but they claim I agree for this price hike. They don't have any written or recorded concent indicating my acceptance of this outrages claim. I call numerous times asking them to adjust their monthly fee according to their own solicitation offer. I guess I would have to disconnect again if they refuse.
