Rip off I-Pad repair! Houston

Sent this company my I-Pad to fix. Had it for FIVE weeks. Said they were waiting on parts! Isn't that a requirement for this company? Got it back ad the I-Pad doesn't charge at all. Apparently, they do not evenn test them before sending them out! Out $150 annd still no working I-Pad! Terrible customer service! Avoid at all costs!
