Windstream needs new management

I have been living on my own for a little over a year now. I get how the world works. When i pay for satellite, i get satellite. When i pay for water, i get water... Etc. No extra charges or any complaints with any other company than windstream. The first 3 months should have been a sign when they said my bill would be $45 a month and it had $15 extra a month I didnt use or ask for. I went to my local office (kershaw sc if anybody important is reading this) to ask why and get them to remove it. There were 3 employees standing around talking to each other. They gave me a number to call. For over a month my internet has been unuseable. A call to a representative said a faster connection was being put in place. It would take a week and i would get a $15 credit on my next bill. Today the bill was the same, the internet is slower than ever, and after getting off the phone i am told they have no idea when maintenance should be started for a faster connection. All of the above mixed with attitude from representatives is a sign something from the top is trickling down the employee ladder wrong. So managers, pay them more, quit doing the minimum, and do your job with pride. No matter who's watching
