Be careful trusting them though they are a paypal trusted site

I purchased hand-tied hair plus they delivered me machine-sewn hair. I named and got a girl in India who explained this is exactly what I requested for $209 usd. I informed her it'snot and 4 hours later somebody calls me stating this is not that which you bought but can you consider an offer to purchase it. I mentioned no and that I am today returning it and also have documented them to paypal. To create things worse I'd to pay for $40 for shipping back again to them once they delivered me a smaller respected item essentially scamming me and laying. Be cautious trusting them although they're a paypal reliable website.
