Unable to Redeem my Groupon vouche

I purchased a Groupon voucher to get a NanoLite mp3player. I had been not able to receive my voucher. After I approached Groupon, they recommended me I’d have the ability to receive my voucher after 1st Dec – you know what? I still can’t receive my voucher and I’m obtaining no reaction from Groupon today. Has other people had this issue?

That Is my next criticism to Groupon and had no response, I obtained my 3 Groupon deals 24/11 for an offer for swarovski men from Vanamsteldiamond I've delivered 4 emails and having no chance with help purchase these as online not excepting my discount codes, not just my but 3 others have tryed this, I've spend a lot of cash with Groupon and don’t believe after this encounter may purchase other things, I'd just like a complete reimbursement, as having no support with this.

I had been unsecsesfull to obtain my rug cleaned, whilst the organization never responds to my telephone calls. A week ago I posted the state from the organization, exactly the same evening the solution have approached me and organized to wash the rugs today on 17 Ocotber 2011 at 11.00. I got each day removed from function, but solution didn't arrive, actually didn't approached me and didn't reply my telephone calls.

I need reimbursement entirely, when I truly disappointed that groupon have such presents from shady companies. I dropped oneday pay, which charge me £70. Please problem me reimbursement entirely, when I am no further thinking about such ‘great’ saving! Thank you ahead of time for the fast reaction.
