Misleading billing prices - DSL Direct Extreme

I signed up for DSL at an intro rate of of $19/month (regular price is $43). My first two bills arrived with the regular price. I called and was informed that the "promo" price does not go into effect until about the 3rd bill. I was promised that I would receive a credit for the difference on my "3rd or 4th bill at the latest" for paying the full amount now. All of this seems very deceptive and confusing to me. After reading several other reviews, I see that this is a common problem and many people report have troubles EVER getting their credits. I am now worried that I will also have a difficult time. I was never informed when I signed up that the intro rate would take so long to take effect. The customer service rep said that I "should have been told" and that she was sorry I was not. I plan on reporting att if I do not receive my credit by the 4th bill. Also, if anyone has any info on a class action lawsuit please let me know. It appears that att has been doing this for some time and it seems the only way they will stop is if we take action that affects them financially.
