I'll never purchase from Kate Spade again. I requested the relationship sawyer bag throughout their shock 75% off purchase. I received purchase verification, then I waited... And waited for delivery info. It has been nearly per week, now I obtained a termination notice for that purchase. After I named to ask, they explained they had no method to offer an "sold-out" concept. Therefore, they ostensibly oversell their products. Cheers, but no thanks!
