I put an order from http://www.katespade.com on 12/21 that will be the final day-to purchase for me personally to get them before Christmas. I obtained a contact soon after I put the purchase from katespade informing me that they're having trouble getting agreement on my charge card and also to contact customer support to update info. I tried calling the telephone # supplied but didn't were able to keep in touch with a repetition. After awaiting quite a long time. I visited evaluate my online purchase and notice I've supplied a incorrect CID # for my charge card. I did so acquired my second-order on 12/24 but I get the same carrier again on 12/30! Evidently katespade could approach my first-order using the incorrect CID#.
