Billing scam deceptive advertising unfair no resolution of problems

I'm so glad I found you. I have been having problems with this company for many months. I have tried to rectify this for a long time. They are very devious, and use many devices to prevent the average human being from contacting the right person to get things resolved.
They keep billing me for internet services even though I have tried to cancel this many times. You cannot call the cancellation dept on the phone, only by email. They certainly didn't make it that hard to sign up with them.
