Just Cloud billing compaint

JustCloud is entirely devious in their billing. Nowhere in the payment process does one agree to pay $118.80. When I saw this I immediately requested cancellation. Four days later I have heard NOTHING from the billing dept. And my credit card payment has now been processed. All they had to do was not process the payment and save them and me a whole lot of hassle. I would NEVER use this company, they are deceptive and their service is outrageous!
