In November they promised me a rebate of $20 for my Dark Knight cpu cooler. I filled out the required data, included all the paperwork, and cut out the UPC. It has been six months and still no rebate. No email replies from them whatsoever, and never replies back to phone calls.

What makes matters even worse is Newegg will not post my second review claiming the above information. Not only dose that make me wonder what's going on, but also makes me wonder about them as a company as well. There are a ton of computer hardware companies out there.

Whats more is the unit is only six months old yet the fan is pretty much shot as it's making a load squealing noise. Here is the product I purchased:
