I have asked twice now if the product has actually shipped and can't get an answe

"beware! Requested Lapdoc for Bionic 11 days before. Rapidly got a UPS tracking range which was phony... No such report. Sent customer support and got another following range that also confirmed no report of delivery by UPS. I've requested twice today when the item has really delivered and can't-get a solution. Appears they matter a phony UPS tracking number to cause you to believe the merchandise has delivered when it's not. Creditcard charge back today."
