Thompson Cigar Company
Non delivery of product!

14 days before I requested some pipes from Thompson plus they never came. I requested their customer support people to get a UPS tracking range and may not get a solution. I sent their internet assistance, customer-service group and not got a solution. I suppose I've no option but to contact Mastercard and also have them change the cost.

I really like cigars and also have no issues with Pipes Worldwide, Cigars.com or JRis Pipes, all whom provide their item within days.

To my other cigar hounds, do yourselves a benefit... Avoid Thompson such as the trouble.
