Bad Verizon FIOS Internet service

I'm a Software Engineer and web is extremely required for me since I perform slightly occasionally over internet. While I closed the agreement with Verizon to get a year I dedicated I'll spend the statement over time and Verizon dedicated that they can supply me the support every hour. I may comprehend when there is an issue to get a morning or two. But listed here is my tale:

1) Don’t have web for last 35 times

2) 19 Verizon specialists have visited my condo (20 hours of my time)

3) 15 seats hasbeen raised. Each phone requires 1-hour of my time. Therefore 15 hours of my time.

4) FIOS System hasbeen changed twice.

5) Modem hasbeen changed once.

6) fiberoptics continues to be changed three times.
