I ordered invitations from Dee-light designs on March 13th.in the invitations, the event date was clearly stated as April 14th. On April 2nd, i reached out to the proprietor and inquired about my invitations and was told that she sent them, she does not control the post office, and she does not feel any responsibility to help me get other invitations. When i politely asked for a refund, she declined. When the invitations finally arrived on May 3rd, nearly two months after they were ordered and a full three weeks after the date of the event, i inquired again whether a refund might be available. The proprietor again refused my refund request. I find this behavior unprofessional. When i told her so, she called me nasty. Please do not do business with this woman. However her products look online, she takes no responsibilty for her work nor for delivery. You cannot count on them arriving. Do not trust her to do the right thing.
