Credit due me

Time Warner agreed that they should send me a credit check for over $200. I was told I would receive it in 7 to 10 days. After 20 days I called again and was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to receive my check. This is ridiculous. I pay my bills on time and expect a timely amount of time for refund.
