Incomplete, Damaged, Misrepresented

Order received with non-functional computer (would not power up), no power cord, no manual, and a used keyboard that was represented and priced as new. Contacted support and they indicated they do NOT pay return shipping, nor refund original shipping, and charge a restocking fee on refunds.

I contacted my bank and am disputing the charge for a FULL refund of all charges. This company is a ripoff and I will not use them again. They make money by charging shipping and handling fees multiple times while sending out garbage. I STRONGLY recommend that you do nor order anything from this company. If I had checked these reports first, I would not have ordered.
