Bottom line service systems (blss) no customer service, none! No training, no instructions, no phone number!

We purchase this software for our a/c service department with two licenses for two computers. Almost $2,500 later we have no idea how to use this program, there are no instructions and no training. We have had top IT guys come in and try to operate this program with no luck, it is very difficult to use and in my opinion with other software for HVAC a piece of junk. There is no 800 number to call and speak with a live person, communication is limited

To e-mail only and can take DAYS for answers, so if you have any trouble close down your service department because you be out of buisness because of this terrible software. You be better off buying microsoft excel for $100 to keep a schedule than to buy this useless program. Please DO NOT give these people your hard earn money, do not fall for there sales pitch, if anyone mentions to you BLSS please run as fast as you can!
