Medisoft - Chiro 8000

I'm relatively new to the Chiropractic field and have had more software nightmares than I care to remember. I started with a basic edition of Eclypse, switched to Medisoft only to find they are owned by the same horrid company. After a staff member went MIA I was completely lost and had to learn, use and bill using Medisoft in a panic. Medisoft would not help without charging me a ridiculous amount for support AND training. My software was still relatively new at that point so it was odd that such a cheap software product would have support and training that would cost so much more. After talking to some of my colleagues about their software experiences, I was referred to Forte Systems for their Chiro 8000 product. The sales person was so patient and informative I was able to make a decision within 1 day of calling and my software was received and installed the next day.in fact Forte was able to convert my data for me from my now OLD Medisoft program and it only took 2 days to get that back.By that time I had viewed the tutorial and learned enough o f the program to start billing before a week had passed. Will the help of my sales rep and their patience and information before and even AFTER the sale, I was back on my feet and found that I didn't necessarily need to hire a replacement for my biller with the time I was saving using my new Chiro 8000 program.

I love it, I would recommend it to anyone wanting to start fast and efficient and they have the service to back their products! Great job Forte!
