477PAYMENTS Failed to provide paid-for services. 24 days into my order, yes TWENTY FOUR DAYS, they had made NO PROGRESS. I got reports of "computer malfunction", "bad luck on drops", and "crews not avaialable" Internet

This company does nothing but stall and threaten. 24 days into my order, they had made 0 progress and I told them I needed to see a SHRED of progress if they wanted to continue. This was a $1561 order.instead of being positive, this jerk named Albert Alcuri jumps down my throat, tells me has has WoW GMs on his staff, and threatens to ban my account. As a resolution, he offers me store credit. Store credit to a place that is obviously all over a ripoff website. Can anyone say sell me some oceanfront property in Kansas please?

This Albert guy acts like he is king of the world with his ripoff website. My claim has been filed with paypal and my account is still up and running. He is full of crap. If you are unfortunate enough to get scammed by him, know that his promises are empty and I'm sure paypal knows the situation by now and you will get your money back.

Lastly, CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD before you file. They will clean you out. They tried on my account but I got to it JUST in time.
