I was a customer of ATT for 2 years, having a dsl line with no telephone. One day we get a box in the mail addressed to the neighbor but my address. I googled the package address and determined it was a U-verse install kit. So I brought it over to the neighbor, told him to call to let them now of the error, and even called myself. Sure enough, 1 week later the tech shows up to install. Luckily he hadn't touched anything, so we sent him on his way, and he said he would let his people know of the mistake. 30 minutes later my internet goes out. After a few phone calls over the next many hours, I was told I can't get it back on for more than 2 weeks. I have been with Comcast since, as they had me installed in 3 days.
