TigerDirect, MST Rebate Center
Ripoff: No Rebate Sent. Almost an year now

I bought MACH MP3 player from TigerDirect last year and was supposed to recieve $60 in rebate. I sent my forms well within the deadline but go no reply. I then sent an email and they said my rebate would be sent to me shortly. After that I have sent numerous emails and made many phone calls but to no avail.

If I called TigerDirect and said the word rebate, they would immediately ask me to call OnRebate. On calling onRebate, they would say it is with MST Rebate Center and not us. So, that puts me in a no mans land. Very poor customer service.
And to top it all. TigerDirect 'guarantees' rebates on its site.
