Ripoff by SOYO. Barebone bought at Tigerdirect.com

Bought a barebone kit SY-A33E4 on 8/30/04 from Tigerdirect and mail in two rebates for $50 and $20.
Rebate says valid for purchase between 8/14/04-8/31/04, postmarked prior to 9/30/04 and takes 6-8weeks.
Sent in the rebates on 9/10/04.

Never heard from them since. Sent an email to them on 12/7/04 to follow-up.
Here's their response:
We would like to apologize for the delay. Your rebate has not been processed. Please keep checking www.verifyrebate.com to check on your status. Thank you for your patience.

I submitted my rebate more than 10 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything from you.

I went to your website and put in my information and there's no record.

The rebates are:

I sent the rebate on 9/10

Check their website after the email, it said both rebates were processed. However, after I sent them another follow-up email, I haven't heard from them since.

This is definitely a rip-off and it seems like they are consistently scamming customers.

Something has to be done!!!
