I registered for ATTSupportPlus 4 weeks before & have not had the opportunity to get hold of them by telephone or even the image THEY mounted. They've me on-hold for 3 to 6 hours & then hang-up on me. I attempt to conect for them via the web site, but all I get is just a message stating "awaiting specialist: Estimation delay 14 minutes" After awaiting 14 minutes, I am quit in the "about a minute" mark for 7 hours. Every time I attempt to reconnect towards the site, the "delay period" is longer & longer. It is $15 per month for just what? I am thinking how this kind of FRAUD is authorized? I had been advised I'd need to spend a $120 termination charge easily made a decision to stop this company. Evidently this is the way they create their cash. They offer NO support & cost everyone termination charges. TRADITIONAL! (I am confirming them towards the Better Business agency)
