Company only rips people off

Bigpoint operates ionline games that cost money to play. They constantly charge your credit card and then dont give u what u pay for and when u complain they give u the same form response, "we cant make everyone entirely happy". If you keep complaining they ban your account. They hide behind the internet. They say they have an office in california but you always get referred to Germany where they ignore you because they no us government doesnt care about online fraud unless they are losing tax money from it. Any person who does business with Bippoint will be ripped off. If u go into any of their chat rooms any time of the day its full of people who have been screwed over and others who have to much money invested and are afriad to come forward lest their account gets banned and they are out thousands of dollars.
