They can hit YOU with a late fee, but you can't hit THEM with a late fee. Rip-off!

I called Dell in the first half of June to get a payoff they told me that I had to pay 1,112.25 to have my bal. Payed in full so I did. I over payed $4.84. Now they tell me that it will take 60 day to get my refund.

If they can take this long to pay back on overpayment shouldn't I get the interest that they were charging me put on the bal due me, And shouldn't I be able to file with the credit bureau that they are over 30 day late with their refund. IT was them that told me to pay the 1,112.25 to pay the bal.in full not me. Dell sucks next time it will be a Gateway.
