Ripoff! Illegal methods with their collections of undue funds

My horror story is the same as everyone else concerning dell's illegal methods with their collections of undue funds. I bought a new dell under the no interest offer for three months... I paid the computer off in full within 60 days... Now i keep getting late notices every month that are increasing by late charges for something i do not owe.

I have tried to contact dell, no way jose... I have indians and pakistanis calling me everyday, threatening to turn me in to the credit reporting services... I am looking for a good attorney to file a deceptive trade practice lawsuit against dell. I would love to join anyone else's suit... I have full documentation of all my transactions, including copies of certified letters i have sent to dell, with no results.

I will never purchase another dell product!

Somebody needs to do something about this big time ripoff
