Time Warner Cable hidden charges

I'm in South Carolina and I called TWC to pay my bill. But I needed to find out about unexpected charges on my bill. I was on a promotion plan which they charged me full rate then credited part of it but didn't credit the taxes of $13.69. I tried to tell the Rep that was incorrect she tells me it was correct because she was looking at it in her system. I told her that was not what was on my bill. After 10 mins I asked for a Supervisor and he got on the phone and repeated the same thing the Rep was saying. So I told him to email me what he was seeing and when he did there were late charges on his system for $8.45 but on my bill was $7.00 and he said his system was right. So after 45 mins on the phone he said look over what he sent and call him back at a call center in North Carolina. When I got his email he was a Lead Cust Care person not a Supervisor. The next day my cable was interrupted. I have already changed cable company. I will never do business with TWC again and I will tell everyone else about my experience as well. Competition is high for companies losing business.
