I have had major issues with this company. I set up my service in feb. Gave the tech who set up my service my money order for my depoist or whateva. Apparently somebody lost it, stole it whatever the case may be but my service has been interrupted 3 times b/c of this issue thats not my fault. Ive spent countless hours on the phone tryin to work out this issue and get service restored. They have the security team and i guess nebody else on this case but after two months... No progress, no phone calls back, no updates, just rude cust. Service tech, invaluble use of my time, cell mins, and whatever else. And now they are want ME to go do investigating on the money order! I didnt lose it and ive wasted enough time dealing with yall already why waste more of it. If time warner doesnt make all of this worth my time i will be filing a complaint with BBB, Texas public utilitles comm. And whoever else will listen cause this is wrong.
