$1 trial fee for one week. Unathorized charge of $39.80 monthly

I was asked to enter my banking account information for a one time charge of $1 for a trial basis for auction site locations. I unsubscribed the very next day and was charged $39.80. I emailed them and ask them to unsubscribe me again. They sent an email confirming my unsubscription. Then, one month later, they billed me another $39.80. I cant get in touch with anyone in their company. This is FRAUD, and they should pay for it.
