We went to the Sprint Store on 2 separate occasions and were told that they could not remove the recurring charge, we would have to contact the company. They also told us the company would send a text each month and that we could 'unsubscribe" — they never sent a text. Called Sprint back today and was told they would send a complaint to their back office and I can call back in 72 hours and get information on this company. Then another Sprint agent told me to text to 42802 and put STOP/CANCEL in the message area. Then we would get a text message back telling us we unsubscribed. We did this but never got a message back telling us we were unsubscribed.
