HP Corporate Office purchased a cq57 laptop presario, a few months later i reached over and grabbed the display to pull it down for a better view and the screen cracked. Hp refused warranty stating we dont cover accidental damage. It was no accident. I went to wall mart and tried to duplicate the break on the display of my model. I could not break it no matter how hard i pushed,

If I cant touch the display without it breaking why is it in a laptop with display as the lid. They wanted 351. Oo to fix it. The lapt op cost me 298. So im out 300 and cant afford another laptop to communicate with my daughter serving in the army in kandahar. THX HP! I'll never buy a compaq/hp product. Calls to corporate were answered in indian and i could hardly understand them. Got no results their. I got ripped off.: (
