Items Ordered Not Available - no notice, refund delayed

Placed order on March 5, it was confirmed immediately.By March 15th I had not rec'd fabric. Call revealed main item was "out of stock" even though their online inventory showed 5 yards. As this was a discontinued design, it never would be in stock, no one bothered to notify me of any of this. I canceled the order and was told Paypal credit would go through right away. March 22, no credit has shown up, now they say 7 to 10 working days to issue credit! What? Since I paid with Paypal, they got my money at time of order, now they get to keep it for 4 weeks??? I say their website misrepresents a lot of things. Use caution with them!
