Deceit, unprofessionals, tactless, incompetence

Ordered a laptop last june and have not seen it. Problem starts as soon as they've charge your credit card. Your tracking order status disappears on their web site. They hardly response to your email and their "almost" live chat person "SAM" is tactless and aggressively defensive. He gives you the round a round excuses to hide their incompetence.

My shipment date been rescheduled 3 times with excuses like "oddest thing, someone just deleted your order from our data base", "your order have been shipped"- NOT!" we didn't shipped your order because it's not functioning".

I have emailed them twice for a refund, as usual no response-very unprofessional. Is there anyone out there have dealt with this company and was satisfied?

One thing i can say true about this company is, their web site is one the best. But the old saying goes. "if it looks too good to be true, then it must be". How deceitful!!
