Zbiddy scam me out fo money

I was signing up with the publish clearly house site, and had to choose a product or company, I chose zbiddy, it was pennies to sign up, so I used my credit card. Next thing I knew I was charged $99. For a bid package, I never agreed to this. I called and was told that if I called my bank, and have the charges taken off, that zbiddy will submit paper work stated that I agreed to the charges. I was offered $49.50 back and a gas card for $100.00, well the gas card is not for $100.00 it is for $10.00, something that I have to mail in, and once received had to use it within days, and mail another slip of paper off, and so, forth, and so forth. As high as stamps are who has time for all of this scamming. I am heartbroken that this a company like the publish clearing house would have a scam on their list of products.
