Ripoff selling defective printers

I purchased a Lexmark multifunction printer 11/12/04, {order info. Attached} when I received it the printer had two cartriges and I installed them properly.
What I got was faded print that you couldn't read, I went out and purchased new ones and the same problem, its clear that there is a problem with the print heads.
I tried to contact the company by phone and e-mail. With no reply
i really want this model printer. But one that works
