They took $99.10 out of my account when i told them no for extra cartriges

I ordered the electronic cigarette on line and thought that i made a mistake so i cancelled the order. So the next day i received a phone call from the company and they asked me if i want the trial so i said yes, then they asked me if i wanted the refill for the cartriges and i said no that i wanted to try the trial first and if i wanted more i would call them. So when i called my bank to check on my account their was a withdrawal for $99.10 on Dec 31. So i called my bank and they told me who took the money out. (media support) and they gave me the number so i called the the number a number of times and was put on hold for one half hour and then was cut off every time. So i hot carded my card so they could not take anymore money out. Then i took the cartriges and sent them back to Fulfillment at PO Box2061 Sandy Ut 84091 and as of know they have not pick up the package. I reguested a signature. I have 15 days and the package will be returned to me. I do not want these cartriges and i want my money back. I also went on line again to reach customer service and got a few more phone numbers so icalled them and got no responce to talk to anyone. Another number i got is 877-350-2061 no one is answering any number i have. Please let me know what i can do to get my money back and return the trial kit. Thank You
