Ripoff, uncaring, horrible support, only interested in dollars!

I purchased a Dell Dimension 2400 in April.in May the trouble began. It was extremely slow. I battled with support through email as I could never speak to anyone without a one to two hour wait.
Dell finally, after about two weeks of emails and frustration, replaced my modem. That didn't help my computer. After another month of emails the hard drive and memory card were replaced by Dell. The hard drive was the pits! I got a box reporting that some sort of file could not be copied so therefore my brand new four month old computer is completely dead now!
I finally broke down and called Dell via phone. I held for 1 hour! Finally a strange foreign speaking voice came on line. This lady was so hard to understand. She said I needed to reinsall completely the Operating System! How dare! That's major work to a simple lay person like me! Before we could get started on this "simple procedure" we were mysteriously disconnected! I bet Dell was happy! I was steaming. So, as I type this I have a four month old DEAD Dell.
I've asked for the Dell return address as I want to mail this lemon back to them and Dell will not give it to me. I finally found it on the internet. I've not finished paying for this lemon and do not intend to make anymore payments. It is going back to the factory.
I advise anyone remotely thinking about buying a Dell to not do it. They are highly over-rated and they will not help you in the least. They are uncaring, unsensitive, and full of bull. They only want money... They do not want return customers.
