I ordered a trial offer of Artic White from 1-800-patches and was charged $6.95 for shipping. After recieving the product I then contacted the Patches company to stop the membership so that I would not be charged for any additional services. All I wanted was the trial offer.
On December 23rd my account was charged $69.00 from the company. Since I did not have that much money in that account, I was also charged an overdraft fee of $17.00.
I then have attempted to contact the customer service that is avaliable on their website so that I could stop the shipment and recieve a refund. Today I sent my third message to them and have still not recieved a product, refund or e-mail.
Their statement that they will stop the order and give a refund if contacted is false and I need my money back.
