1-800-patches - Artic White
Ripoff, promised "free trial", never shipped products, charged me full price of products!

Hello! Well at least I know now that I am not "alone". Sadly I am another victim of the "free trial offer" of Artic White Teeth Whitening System. Over a month ago I signed on to a program called "Phone Hog". Every time you sign up for offers on their website you get free phone minutes. I am NOT complaining about the "Phone Hog" company, they actually do give you free phone minutes and I used them without any problem. My issue is that one of the "free" offers was from this company, 1-800-PATCHES.

I must admit that when I saw this charge of $69.95 on my credit/debit card by the company I had NO IDEA what it was for. I had clicked on so many free offers this one did not ring a bell. This of course was dumb on my part, should have kept better records at least.

Well I called their 1-800 phone number and only got a recording directing me to the website. I then went to the website and emailed my concern. I did get a pretty quick reply. Of course the reply simply stated their agreement and how it all worked. I would swear that they did not give the same details when I read it the first time. I do actually always read the fine print on these type of offers. Anyway, they say that they ship you these products and you have 14 days to return what you don't use for a refund.

Okay, so maybe I missed that detail, maybe I read to quickly, whatever. I was willing to ship back their products, but one BIG problem. I STILL today have not received one single thing from this company. When I emailed back their customer service with this info they simply did not reply at all.

I have sent yet another email. I am headed to my bank next to dispute this. With 8 children and a very small budget this is a real financial strain on my family. Thankyou for your advice here and being willing to share these important issues.
