Refused to take payment from my bank in nov. 2011 and i told them if they wouldn't take payment from my bank to cancel my service. Then in feb. 2012 they spammed my credit card $78.78 credit card won't customercare. Myhughesnet.com

On March 20 I noticed that Hughesnet had charged my credit card a fee of $78.78 in Jan, I had not had Hughesnet since Nov. 2011. They pulled my bill in November and the bill is one month in advance, I tried to pay Nov. Bill using my bank check info as I had before and the lady refused to allow me to do that they wanted my credit card. I ended up telling them that if my bank info was not good enough then to cancel my service. This was in Nov. 2011 and when I called my credit card I was told that they could not help me because I do not have anything in writing... Hughesnet did not have my permission to charge my card and this is a internet rip off
