The truth

I have had Hughesnet for 4 yrs. I know the truth.
Hughesnet is slower that dial-up.
It works maybe half the time.
It has the WORST customer service ever.
Count on being on call wait 1/2hr to 45min or more.
You will have a hard time understanding our friends from India. Among other things the connection is always bad.
Hughesnet will tell you that they will give you credit and charge your credit card anyway... Steal from you.
My advice... Get internet ANY other way!
With this review, there is a box to check for them to contact me. I will not check it as I KNOW that it will make no difference.
