Ripped off on shipping and late delivery

I came across the tulle shop while looking for cheap tulle. While their prices for tulle are great, the shipping is high. They promise fast delivery. Within 1-2 days. So I went with it and ordered. I ordered on the 10th of march and its the 18th now. No order. They have no number or anything. The customer service support is a load of crap. I emailed and all they says is it will be shipped. I'm just really angry that you pay double the order on shipping because they promise fast delivery and then a week later nothing and the customer support is a total fail. There isn't any. I would not do business with this company. The prices are not worth the hassle or wait. Very bad business!!
