They will not refund you for the shipping saying that the shipping was paid for the shipping company

I put an order and also the bundle never got in my experience. After 8 weeks of speaking with customer support patiently, they originally returned me the shop credit anticipating me to purchase their goods again. After going through this type of trouble. I eventually got my reimbursement through paypal although not for that total amount. They'll not return you for that delivery stating the delivery was taken care of the delivery business. Ok... I'll NEVER use this website.
