2co No Help from this company... They bill me

I payed for an order from a website the company that billed me was 2checkout. 2 weeks passed and I did not get my order that I payed $245 for and this company did not answer my email messages. They were in china and I cant call china. My bank told me that 2checkout billed so I emailed them for help. After emailing them three times they still refused to help me. I could not believe it, they billed me and refused to help. All the messages from them sound the same.
