Poor products

We bought two airsoft guns online. One never worked at-all, and also the additional smashed inside a morning to be utilized. After I named AirSplat to go over this, they offered me the choice of sending the weapons back for restoration. At my own expense. These weapons are large! They declined to cover return delivery, declined to return my cash even when I did so deliver it back - just offered me the choice of getting it fixed. Terrible customer support, and clearly these products they market aren't to become respected.
